Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JDP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JDP2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher JDP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JDP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, KIRP, and ESCA are the cancer types where JDP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
