JDP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,579 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JDP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, VCL, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with JDP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JDP2-to-partner and partner-to-JDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JDP2 versus TLN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
