Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JDP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,783 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF13B, EFEMP1, and MNDA. Each is linked with JDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JDP2-to-partner and partner-to-JDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JDP2 versus TNFSF13B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
