Across TCGA patient cohorts, JDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, YAP, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with JDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JDP2-to-partner and partner-to-JDP2 results are reported.
