Across TCGA cell cohorts, JDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,431 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEAD3, SLC44A2, and ZNF362. Each is linked with JDP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JDP2-to-partner and partner-to-JDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JDP2 versus TEAD3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
