Across TCGA cell cohorts, JDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,955 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JDP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to plasma membrane, Protein localization to cell periphery, and Actomyosin structure organization. Each is linked with JDP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JDP2-to-partner and partner-to-JDP2 results are reported.
