JCAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JCAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JCAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC39A9, MIS12, and PSMC1. Each is linked with JCAD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JCAD-to-partner and partner-to-JCAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC39A9 grouped by JCAD-low versus JCAD-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JCAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→JCAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
