JCAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JCAD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JCAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Cyclin-E1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with JCAD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JCAD-to-partner and partner-to-JCAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by JCAD-low versus JCAD-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JCAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→JCAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
