JCAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JCAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 386 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JCAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, TBL1Y, and RAX. Each is linked with JCAD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JCAD-to-partner and partner-to-JCAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL1 grouped by JCAD-low versus JCAD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JCAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→JCAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
