Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAZF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JAZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPN3, CEP295, and MRPL58. Each is linked with JAZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAZF1-to-partner and partner-to-JAZF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JAZF1 versus GPN3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
