JARID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JARID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,620 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JARID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC19, ZSWIM7, and CEP85L. Each is linked with JARID2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JARID2-to-partner and partner-to-JARID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTC19 grouped by JARID2-low versus JARID2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JARID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JARID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
