JAML

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAML-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, PHOX2B, and TCF21. Each is linked with JAML in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAML-to-partner and partner-to-JAML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by JAML-low versus JAML-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAML→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
