Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JAM3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JAM3 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher JAM3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JAM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where JAM3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
