JAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMELESS, CDCA8, and EDNRB. Each is linked with JAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAM2-to-partner and partner-to-JAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JAM2 versus TIMELESS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
