JAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,455 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD9, HK3, and LEO1. Each is linked with JAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAM2-to-partner and partner-to-JAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETD9 grouped by JAM2-low versus JAM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
