Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,501 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JAM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation, Negative regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, poly(A)-coupled. Each is linked with JAM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAM2-to-partner and partner-to-JAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation grouped by JAM2-low versus JAM2-high in SKIN.
