Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAKMIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,096 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAKMIP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Mitotic cytokinesis, and Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds. Each is linked with JAKMIP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAKMIP3-to-partner and partner-to-JAKMIP3 results are reported.
