Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAKMIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,493 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JAKMIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMX2, NDUFA5P4, and GRSF1. Each is linked with JAKMIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAKMIP2-to-partner and partner-to-JAKMIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMX2 grouped by JAKMIP2-low versus JAKMIP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAKMIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAKMIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
