JAKMIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAKMIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAKMIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MZT1, TRIM16L, and UTP18. Each is linked with JAKMIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAKMIP1-to-partner and partner-to-JAKMIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MZT1 grouped by JAKMIP1-low versus JAKMIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAKMIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAKMIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
