JAK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 496 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCY1B, ZIC5, and ALOX12B. Each is linked with JAK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK3-to-partner and partner-to-JAK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VCY1B grouped by JAK3-low versus JAK3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
