JAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL8, WFDC11, and DPPA2. Each is linked with JAK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK2-to-partner and partner-to-JAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 grouped by JAK2-low versus JAK2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
