JAG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,116 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MKKS, ZNF831, and TBC1D10C. Each is linked with JAG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAG1-to-partner and partner-to-JAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JAG1 versus MKKS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
