Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,823 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pulmonary artery morphogenesis, Negative regulation of endothelial cell differentiation, and Neuronal stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with JAG1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAG1-to-partner and partner-to-JAG1 results are reported.
