Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JADE3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JADE3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher JADE3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JADE3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where JADE3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
