JADE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JADE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,693 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JADE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNA2, LAS1L, and DNMT3B. Each is linked with JADE3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JADE3-to-partner and partner-to-JADE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JADE3 versus DNA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JADE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→JADE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
