JADE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JADE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,502 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JADE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CREBRF, CBX7, and LNPEP. Each is linked with JADE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JADE2-to-partner and partner-to-JADE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JADE2 versus CREBRF in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JADE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JADE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
