JADE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JADE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JADE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL9, MSR1, and ME2. Each is linked with JADE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JADE2-to-partner and partner-to-JADE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL9 grouped by JADE2-low versus JADE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JADE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JADE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
