IZUMO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IZUMO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,836 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with IZUMO4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO4-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium movement involved in cell motility grouped by IZUMO4-low versus IZUMO4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IZUMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IZUMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
