Across TCGA patient cohorts, IZUMO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,955 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with IZUMO2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO2-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO2 results are reported.
