IZUMO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IZUMO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,043 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC28, NCF4, and GZMB. Each is linked with IZUMO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO2-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO2 versus TTC28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IZUMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IZUMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
