IZUMO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IZUMO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8069-2, RNU6-879P, and MIR328. Each is linked with IZUMO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO2-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8069-2 grouped by IZUMO2-low versus IZUMO2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IZUMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IZUMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
