Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IZUMO1R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IZUMO1R data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IZUMO1R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IZUMO1R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where IZUMO1R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
