IWS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IWS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IWS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1195P, RNA5SP412, and BMS1P14. Each is linked with IWS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IWS1-to-partner and partner-to-IWS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1195P grouped by IWS1-low versus IWS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IWS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IWS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
