Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IVNS1ABP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IVNS1ABP data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IVNS1ABP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IVNS1ABP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, ESCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where IVNS1ABP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
