Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IVNS1ABP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IVNS1ABP data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IVNS1ABP mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IVNS1ABP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where IVNS1ABP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
