IVL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IVL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,347 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IVL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A7, SPRR3, and TRIM29. Each is linked with IVL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IVL-to-partner and partner-to-IVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IVL versus S100A7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→IVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
