IVL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IVL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,811 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHDDS, RASSF6, and SDHB. Each is linked with IVL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IVL-to-partner and partner-to-IVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHDDS grouped by IVL-low versus IVL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→IVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
