Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITPRIP-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ITPRIP-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ITPRIP-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITPRIP-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and UVM show a favorable association.

UCS, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where ITPRIP-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
