Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITPRID1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ITPRID1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ITPRID1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITPRID1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where ITPRID1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
