ITPRID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPRID1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, ACC1, and eEF2. Each is linked with ITPRID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRID1-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by ITPRID1-low versus ITPRID1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPRID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPRID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
