ITPR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ITPR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR3-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ITPR3-low versus ITPR3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
