ITPR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,236 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK11, ACSL5, and DOCK2_S1685. Each is linked with ITPR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR2-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPR2 versus DOCK11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
