ITPR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTCF, CNOT1, and MORC2. Each is linked with ITPR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR2-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPR2 versus CTCF in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
