ITPR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ITPR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR2-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ITPR2-low versus ITPR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
