ITPR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 679 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IYD, FBXO36, and ERO1A. Each is linked with ITPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR2-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IYD grouped by ITPR2-low versus ITPR2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
