ITPR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,864 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, BUB3, and FDXR. Each is linked with ITPR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR1-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by ITPR1-low versus ITPR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
