Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITPR1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ITPR1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ITPR1-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITPR1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and UCS are the cancer types where ITPR1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
