Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPKC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPKC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and Tuberin. Each is linked with ITPKC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPKC-to-partner and partner-to-ITPKC results are reported.
