ITPKC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPKC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,641 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPKC-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1B, ATG2A, and CHST15. Each is linked with ITPKC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPKC-to-partner and partner-to-ITPKC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR1B grouped by ITPKC-low versus ITPKC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPKC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPKC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
