ITPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3135A, RNA5SP191, and RNU6-1. Each is linked with ITPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPA-to-partner and partner-to-ITPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3135A grouped by ITPA-low versus ITPA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
